We, my husband and I have been renting from Robert and Frieda for over 17 years. They are good land owners. Their rent is reasonable. If you have a problem with a lot, they will try and work with you, so that both parties are satisfied. The lots are good size lot's. Lots of space and storage shed for each side of the lot. The lots are in good neighborhoods. The lots are clean and are checked regularly and maintained regularly. All they ask in return is that you keep your side of the lot clean and neat.
