Our Experience With RV Living in Yuma, AZ

We purchased our first travel trailer in 1967, occasionally used it on the weekends. We met some very nice and interesting people in the various R.V. parks we stayed in.

Since that time we have owned 5 motor homes. In 1988 we really became very interested in Yuma, Arizona.

In 1988 we purchased an R.V. Park in Yuma and in 1993 we expanded it. We owned this R.V. park for 8 years. At that time we started to purchase private spaces in the Yuma Foothills. We became very friendly with all of the winter visitors & R.V. people that stayed with us. We have dealt with people our whole adult life. We came to understand all that the R.V. people were interested in. Our private spaces are all fenced & gated. There are 2 R.V. sites on each lot. They have large patio slabs, new pedestals (30/50 amp) which will accommodate any size RV. There is a new tuff shed for each site. Some spaces have trees. We are pet friendly. There is mail service to each property. Our rates are very reasonable. Please come and stay with us in sunny Yuma, AZ. This will be your home away from home.

We have owned some of these properties for over 20 years. We are excellent landlords. We keep our properties maintained at high standards. These properties are fully developed. We can accommodate all winter visitors, full time people and you can store your RV on your lot during the summer months for a nominal fee. Cable and Internet are available through your provider. Yuma has great medical facilities, shopping, restaurants, swap meets, very close to Mexico for  reasonable medications and treatments.

You can also visit the historical Yuma Territorial Prison and downtown main street. Come stay with us, you'll be happy that you did.

Hello to be Renters,
We could not ask for better land / lot owners, they helped us out Big time 18 years ago. When the owner of the lot we were renting decided to sell his lot out from under us we had to move everything within that month. We have been renting this lot for over 18 years now. To Rent,
We, my husband and I have been renting from Robert and Frieda for over 17 years. They are good land owners. Their rent is reasonable. If you have a problem with a lot, they will try and work with you, so that both parties are satisfied. The spaces are good size lot's. Lots of space and storage shed for each side of the lot. The spaces are in good neighborhoods. The spaces are clean and are checked regularly and maintained regularly. All they ask in return is that you keep your side of the lot clean and neat.

My husband and I have rented this RV space for nine years from Bob and Frieda. We started out in an RV as snowbirds, the last four years we are here full-time and moved into a park model and continue to rent the space from them. Bob and Frieda are very accommodating to our needs as renters.
